member being attacked

I made someone join our league and now hes being attacked after he joined our league. however he does not have any army so i just sent troops for support.
info of this person attacking is:
name - fandango
league - JadeImpiral (i looked up this league and they have a lower ranking)

however this particular person has a higher ranking than me.. shud we do sumthing bout it? im trying to talk to him now.
