Moving Guan Shao

I want to propose moving Guan, he is in a some what potentially hostile area with great distance from any other members, trading with him will consume your resources and valuable time.

We have tiger tokens thanks to Owxy's generous donation, and several spots in the league area where a new city can be put up.

If there are any suggestions or opposition to the idea speak freely now.

I think it would be a good idea in the long run, but i think it may be a good idea for now to take over the inactive cities in my area?

use them as farms dude, just plunder plunder plunder

Everyone understood that Fender's personality right? He's a one man army that doesn't take shit lying down. So pretty much he's moving around seeing how he can be the worse to Aizen.

so whats happening, is he moving? does the league flag thing work? i'm not sure how far me and steph are away from you guys, but would it help the league to move me closer to fender? would it weaken steph's position, being left on her own?

It comes down to this, at the moment we are not moving anyone. If need be we will move everyone's subcities closer together in the near future (many are not far off).
